Job Description

We're seeking an experienced User Success Specialist to join our international team. As a User Success Specialist, you'll be the link between YAZIO and our users, providing individual and solution-oriented support in writing across all points of customer contact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create the best possible YAZIO experience for our French and international users by resolving their questions and problems about the app and its features.
  • Be the point of contact between YAZIO and our users, providing support and guidance through various channels.
  • Help continuously improve the YAZIO app by learning about our users' needs and communicating them to stakeholders in the company.
  • Create and manage content for our Help Center.
  • Inform other departments about possible app bugs and technical problems.

Requirements

  • Excellent written communication skills in French and English.
  • Knowledge of another language (preferably Italian, Portuguese or Spanish) is a plus.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • You're tech-savvy and know your way around a smartphone.
  • Experience in a service-oriented position is a plus.
  • Interest in fitness and nutrition is a plus.
