Job Description

We're looking for an experienced User Success Specialist with excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset. Your goal will be to accompany our users on their journey with YAZIO by helping them with any questions or problems they have along the way.

Your Mission

  • Create the best possible YAZIO experience for our French and international users by resolving their questions and problems about the app and its features.
  • Be the link between YAZIO and our users and provide individual and solution-oriented support in writing across all points of customer contact, e.g. support tickets or app store reviews.
  • Help continuously improve the YAZIO app by learning about our users' needs and communicating them to stakeholders in the company.
  • Create and manage content for our Help Center.
  • Inform other departments about possible app bugs and technical problems.

Your Profile

  • Excellent written communication skills in French and English.
  • Knowledge of another language (preferably Italian, Portuguese or Spanish) is a big plus.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • You're tech-savvy and know your way around a smartphone.
  • Experience in a service-oriented position is a plus.
  • Interest in fitness and nutrition is a plus.
  • Available preferably 40 hours (per week).
