About the Role

AIRS Medical is seeking a highly skilled Sales Leader to join our team and drive business growth in the European market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong network of key opinion leaders and end-users in the radiology equipment and software/IT industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the European market, develop new business, and oversee a portfolio of assigned customers.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the development of new sales opportunities, identify trends and customer needs, and build a sales pipeline for short, medium, and long-term targets.
  • Proposal Response and Follow-up: Manage the proposal response process, including sales pitch content creation and improvement.
  • Customer Account Management: Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Customer Success: Maintain customer success and relationships during contracts, managing key indicators and the customer experience.
  • Marketing Strategy: Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve strategic goals.
Requirements
  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2-5 or more years of radiology equipment and/or software/IT sales experience.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to build a strong network with KOLs and end-users, and proven ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Technical Skills: Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office (Word, Excel, and PPT).
Preferred Experiences
  • Sales Experience: Experience in selling PACS, AI-based SW, and/or MRI.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience as the customer-facing leader responsible for a fast-growing SaaS business or related technology.
  • Start-up Experience: Familiarity with working in a start-up environment.
  • Autonomy: Experience working autonomously from a home office.
