Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales initiatives in Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating strategic sales objectives, expanding our customer base, and driving financial growth by increasing sales and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to the European market.
- Guide our Berlin-based sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in customer accounts.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with major customers across Europe.
- Analyze performance metrics and propose improvements.
- Forecast sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Identify new potential customers and market opportunities in Europe.
- Provide prompt and effective solutions that meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to maintain brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure the sales team is informed and prepared.
- **Essential**: Proven success as a Sales Director in the cosmetics and dietary supplements industry in Germany.
- Expertise in analyzing key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
- Proficiency in CRM software, along with fluency in German and English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a knack for problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel across Europe as necessary.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
