We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Professional to join our team at 360 FIL Fondsbank Germany. As a Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining the stability and security of our bank by identifying, assessing, and managing risks.
About your team:
Our Financial Risk Management team is responsible for ensuring the bank's risk management framework is robust and effective. We work closely with various departments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
About your role:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and stress testing
- Conduct risk-bearing capacity analysis and reporting
- Manage the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP)
- Identify, assess, and monitor risks
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Oversee risk assessments using models
About you:
- University degree in economics, finance, mathematics, or a related field
- Several years of experience in risk management
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, especially Basel III and ICAAP
- Experience with non-financial risk severe scenario assessment
- Knowledge of quantitative methods and statistical analysis
- Strong communication skills in German and English
