About the Opportunity
At 360 FIL Fondsbank Germany, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Regulatory Reporting to join our FFB Oversight and Regulatory Office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate provision of all regulatory reports.
About your role:
As a Senior Manager Regulatory Reporting, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of regulatory reporting issues and make a significant impact on the long-term success of our bank. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing a sound understanding of the bank's business model and the key factors influencing the regulatory reporting environment
- Timely and independent preparation of regulatory reports, including the necessary reconciliations and cross-checks as well as the provision of data for internal reports
- Reporting on risk-bearing capacity: analysing and preparing all data required for the bank's risk-bearing capacity reporting in close coordination with risk management
- Analysing new reporting requirements with an impact on our business
- Supporting projects for the implementation of regulatory, systemic or product-related changes
- Reviewing and testing new versions of the regulatory reporting tool and documenting the implementation
About you:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a university degree in economics, finance, law, mathematics or a related field. You should have a minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in regulatory reporting in the banking, financial services or auditing environment. You should also have good knowledge of German regulatory reporting rules (KWG, HGB, GmbHG) and CRR, EBA COREP and FINREP requirements. Knowledge of the regulatory reporting systems ABACUS is very helpful. You should be fluent in German in written and spoken and conversational in English.
