About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our Client Services team in Kronberg, Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and advisors.

About Your Role

As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and resolving client complaints and tax enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance customer experience and system optimisations
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on tax topics to clients and advisors
  • Reporting risks and potential claims to senior management
  • Analyzing feedback and proactively contacting advisors to improve customer satisfaction

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with:

  • Completed banking training or studies in finance
  • Several years of experience in the securities or investment fund business
  • Experience in complaint management, sensitive cases, and tax questions
  • Excellent communication and team player skills
  • Native or near-native level of German and English language proficiency
