German Speaking Customer Support Specialist

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a skilled German Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Greece. As a primary contact for German-speaking customers, you will provide top-notch support and enhance your customer service skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about the company's products and services while efficiently resolving customer inquiries.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through friendly and professional service.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the company system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company guidelines to assist customers effectively.
- Adhere to established procedures to maintain service excellence.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus
- Reliable internet connection and an appropriate home office setup
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to new challenges
