Job Title: Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Illume Recruitment. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting key markets such as corporate and travel trade.
  • Financial Management: Develop a deep understanding of the restaurant's budget and profit and loss statement.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute marketing initiatives to support sales efforts.
  • Expense Management: Manage marketing expenses in accordance with the budget and forecast models.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Brand Standards: Ensure that all marketing efforts align with the company brand standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior sales role within the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Strong business development skills, financial management skills, and marketing skills.
  • Education: A degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or hospitality.
