Sales Associate for Fresh Produce

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate for Fresh Produce. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including fresh produce, meats, dairy products, and other grocery items.
- Store Appearance: Ensure the store appearance is maintained to a high standard, including the display of products, cleanliness, and organization.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating products.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
- Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
