We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate - Fresh Produce. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing, with a focus on fresh produce and high-quality products.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a grocery store or food market setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
