We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including fresh produce, to provide customers with accurate information and recommendations.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience by maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the produce section.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive team culture.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure an attractive and well-stocked store environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the grocery or food industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
