Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate - Fresh Produce, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Ensure guests feel welcome and receive knowledgeable advice on our fresh produce offerings.
- Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment, ensuring high standards of product freshness and presentation.
- Sales and Merchandising: Implement strategies to attract customers and drive sales of our fresh produce products.
- Product Knowledge: Offer expert advice and friendly service to customers, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
- Accuracy and Compliance: Ensure accurate pricing and product maintenance, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Commercial Training: Commercial training, preferably in retail, is highly desirable.
- Product Knowledge: Strong product knowledge and a focus on quality are essential for success in this role.
- Customer Interaction: A passion for retail and customer interaction is crucial for providing exceptional customer service.
- Teamwork and Communication: Excellent customer-oriented skills, good communication skills, teamwork, and responsibility are required.
