Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Presentation and Maintenance: Ensure that our produce section is always well-stocked, visually appealing, and meets the highest standards of freshness and cleanliness.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers, driving sales and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Provide expert advice and friendly service to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is always up-to-date and that products are rotated regularly.
Requirements:
- Education: Commercial education, preferably in the food retail sector.
- Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of produce products, including freshness and quality standards.
- Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
