About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Lead to spearhead our expansion efforts and establish a strong footprint across Europe.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact performance marketing strategies, with a primary focus on paid social. Your goal will be to drive customer acquisition and ensure that country-specific growth targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Growth Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of performance marketing strategies, with a focus on paid social, to drive customer acquisition and meet country-specific growth targets.
  • Market Research & Launch Planning: Conduct comprehensive market research to evaluate potential opportunities in the Netherlands and develop go-to-market strategies, form local partnerships, and create tailored promotional activities for successful market entries.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Continuously analyze key growth metrics, customer behavior, and market trends to refine and adjust marketing strategies to outperform competitors and ensure performance targets are hit in each new country.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with marketing, product, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth market expansion and align on regulatory, cultural, and operational aspects across each market.
  • Project Leadership & Milestone Tracking: Track key expansion milestones, provide regular updates to leadership, and adjust strategies as necessary to drive successful market growth.
  • Local Market Adaptation: Ensure that each market strategy is adapted to fit the unique cultural, consumer, and regulatory needs of the country, building strong foundations for long-term success.
  • Partnership Development: Establish relationships with key influencers, media channels, and local organizations to accelerate brand penetration and market success.
Requirements
  • Proven Performance Marketing Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a focus on Paid Social, ideally within the food or consumer goods sector.
  • International Expansion Experience: Direct experience leading product or brand launches in new markets, with a focus on the Netherlands or broader EU.
  • Data-Driven & Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to optimize performance and outcomes.
  • Project Management Excellence: Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and tasks, maintaining a sharp focus on operational execution and timely delivery.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive self-starter with a passion for scaling brands in new regions and a solution-oriented, get-things-done attitude.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Dutch or other European languages is a bonus.
