Transformational Ecommerce Marketing Director

About Our Ecommerce Management TeamWe help clients grow their business and geographic scope with guidance and implementation across digital advertising and retail, optimizing conversion on all major platforms. Our Performance Marketing team is seeking a motivated Transformational Ecommerce Marketing Director to support our clients in growing their online business.
The Role- You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of performance marketing managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- You will set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and support professional growth within the team
- You will be responsible for all Amazon Marketing activities (Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMG) of existing and future customers
- You will design, plan, steer, monitor, and optimize Sponsored Ads campaigns according to defined performance goals
- You will develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies for existing and new customers based on their respective business objectives
- You will monitor Total ROAS and take a holistic view of customer Amazon accounts development, ensuring SEO- and SEA measures are closely connected
- You will support other campaign managers through professional sparring, optimizing quality of campaign management by continually improving processes, tools, reports, etc.
- You will develop our consulting and service portfolio by considering new market and technology developments to ensure real value creation for our customers
Requirements
Who Are You?- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing and preferably have led a small team
- You possess in-depth know-how and experience in Amazon Marketing Services (Advertising Console), ideally also DSP, AMG, and practical experience in Amazon SEO
- Experience in search engine marketing and other PPC channels/tools such as Criteo, Walmart, OTTO or eBay is beneficial
- You have very good Excel skills, including proficiency with PivotTables
- You are highly analytical with a strong technical understanding and a focus on quality and solution-oriented approaches
- You are able to communicate effectively with customers and present complex contexts in a comprehensible manner
- You show self-initiative and are able to prioritize tasks independently
- You possess very good written and verbal communication skills in English; a second language such as German or French is beneficial
Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience
