Marketing Director, EMEA

About the Role:
Razer is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Marketing to lead our marketing efforts in the EMEA region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans and programs to support sales and revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Lead a team of marketers to create and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and event marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product launches, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
- Manage marketing budgets and resources to ensure effective use of company funds.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, partners, and influencers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to measure marketing effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in managing brand strategy, media, digital, social media, and creative development.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in the gaming industry, with a strong understanding of the market and its trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
