Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing projects at strategic and operational levels, ensuring seamless coordination with internal functional departments. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing external standards, emerging regulations, and market trends related to sustainability, providing recommendations to address these challenges. Additionally, you will support the improvement of STADA's internal reporting and data collection processes in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Your close collaboration with Global Communication will be crucial in creating textual content on sustainability topics and supporting internal and external communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global sustainability strategy and program
- Coordinate with internal functional departments on sustainability topics
- Monitor and analyze external standards, emerging regulations, and market trends
- Support improvement of internal reporting and data collection processes
- Collaborate with Global Communication on sustainability content and communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master in a relevant discipline (e.g., economics, sustainability management, environmental science)
- Strong knowledge and 3-4 years of experience in sustainability management
- Passion for sustainability and desire to make a positive impact
- Knowledge of sustainability frameworks (GRI, EU CSRD, Taxonomy)
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Structured way of working and high organization skills
- Very good knowledge of English
