Senior Sustainability Manager

At STADA Arzneimittel AG, we are committed to improving the health of people worldwide. As a Senior Manager Global Sustainability, you will play a key role in shaping and driving our global sustainability strategy and program. Your responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of our global sustainability strategy and program.
  • Facilitate cross-functional dialogues and coordinate with internal departments to align on individual sustainability topics.
  • Monitor and analyze external standards, emerging regulations, and market trends related to sustainability.
  • Support the improvement of our internal reporting and data collection processes in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
  • Coordinate responses to external ratings and inquiries, including consolidating internal information.
  • Closely cooperate with Global Communication to create textual content on sustainability topics and support internal and external communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master in a relevant discipline, such as economics, sustainability management, or environmental science.
  • Strong knowledge and 3-4 years of experience in sustainability management, either in consulting or the manufacturing industry.
  • Passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact through supporting and enhancing our Sustainability Program.
  • Knowledge of sustainability frameworks, such as GRI, EU CSRD, and Taxonomy.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Structured way of working and highly organized, with ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Very good knowledge of English.
