At STADA Arzneimittel AG, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Global Business Development & Licensing to join our dynamic international team. As a key player in our Business Development & Licensing department, you will be responsible for identifying and negotiating licensing opportunities, particularly in the OTC product segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze global licensing opportunities, particularly OTC products
  • Evaluate external projects from both a pharmaceutical and business perspective, leading strategic partnerships
  • Conduct economic evaluations of projects and derive actionable recommendations
  • Represent the company at international trade shows and licensing forums to expand the partner network

Requirements:

  • University degree in pharmacy or a natural science, complemented by business management knowledge
  • Over 5 years of experience in Business Development & Licensing, with proven success in licensing negotiations
  • Experience in evaluating pharmaceutical projects
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) and a good command of German
