The successful candidate will be responsible for generating insights that drive our CHC Business forward. This will involve deeply understanding market trends, consumer needs, competitor moves, and company performance, and using this knowledge to inform strategies and tactics that drive business impact.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for creating, compiling, analyzing, and sharing insights on assigned CHC categories. This will involve providing deep dive analytics on strategic and important CHC brand topics, creating meaningful and insightful dashboards using internal and external data sources, and reviewing and challenging CHC brand business objectives to develop, manage, and execute market research plans.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in business, marketing, management, or a research-related discipline, and 5-8 years of experience in Market Intelligence, Market Research, or Business Intelligence. They will have mastery of designing, conducting, and evaluating primary and secondary research in consumer healthcare, and be able to communicate actionable insights across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate insights that drive our CHC Business forward
  • Deeply understand market trends, consumer needs, competitor moves, and company performance
  • Use insights to inform strategies and tactics that drive business impact
  • Create, compile, analyze, and share insights on assigned CHC categories
  • Provide deep dive analytics on strategic and important CHC brand topics
  • Create meaningful and insightful dashboards using internal and external data sources
  • Review and challenge CHC brand business objectives to develop, manage, and execute market research plans

Requirements:

  • Degree in business, marketing, management, or a research-related discipline
  • 5-8 years of experience in Market Intelligence, Market Research, or Business Intelligence
  • Mastery of designing, conducting, and evaluating primary and secondary research in consumer healthcare
  • Ability to communicate actionable insights across multiple teams
