Senior Manager for Market Insights

Drive Business Impact with Data-Driven Insights

As a Senior Manager for Market Insights at STADA Arzneimittel AG, you will play a key role in generating insights that drive our Consumer Healthcare (CHC) Business forward. With a strong focus on market trends, consumer needs, and competitor moves, you will support informed strategies and tactics to achieve greater business impact.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Create meaningful and insightful dashboards using internal and external data sources
  • Review and challenge CHC brand business objectives to develop, manage, and execute market research plans
  • Lead all primary market research in assigned CHC categories, including defining project objectives and scope, vendor selection, project management, and delivering projects on time and to budget
  • Work closely with the Global CHC Brand team, CHC Portfolio Management team, country marketing teams, and the Global Business Intelligence network

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business, marketing, management, or a research-related discipline
  • 5-8 years of experience in Market Intelligence, Market Research, or Business Intelligence, preferably in a market research agency or a Consumer Healthcare company
  • Proven ability to effectively manage large multi-country consumer/healthcare professional primary market research projects and communicate actionable insights across multiple teams
  • Significant experience with data (IMS, Mintel, IRI) and analytics (Excel, Alteryx) and visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent English written, verbal, and presentation skills
