Technical Customer Advisor (m/f/d) e-Mobility

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Advisor to join our team at Majorel Berlin GmbH, Betriebsstätte Berlin 2. As a Technical Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the e-mobility sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical knowledge and support to customers via phone and email
  • Collaborate with experts on site to resolve complex technical issues
  • Use advanced backends, consoles, and special software for fault analysis and problem solving
  • Communicate with specialists for error analysis and troubleshooting
  • Work independently and structured to meet customer needs
Requirements:
  • Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician with relevant work experience
  • Technical-electrical background or a fascination with this field
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • Ability to grasp complex technical problems
  • Organisational skills and high flexibility and reaction speed
