About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Caregiver Partner to join our franchise network as a Customer Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising potential caregivers and nurses in the field of 24-hour care, while also acquiring new customers through building a local network and generating referrals.

Key responsibilities include presenting applications from patients via our platform, providing support and advice throughout the care assignment, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular satisfaction surveys and mediation in case of problems.
