DevOps and Cloud Solutions Specialist

CyberArk is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Solutions Engineer - Cloud Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for establishing the value of CyberArk's DevOps and Cloud solutions to prospective and current customers.
Key Responsibilities- Form a Strong Sales Team: Collaborate with Solution Sales Specialists to form a specialized sales team, focusing on CyberArk's DevOps and Cloud solutions.
- Deliver Compelling Presentations: Build and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations to create excitement around CyberArk technology, aligning with customer needs and matching their problems with CyberArk solutions.
- Execute POCs and Collect Feedback: Plan and execute DevOps & Cloud POCs of CyberArk products with prospective customers, positioning CyberArk's value and differentiators, and collecting feedback to influence product direction.
- Document Customer Interactions: Document customer interactions in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Champion Customer Voice: Collect and deliver constant feedback to CyberArk's Solutions and Product Management teams, championing the voice of customers and influencing product direction.
- Earn Customer Trust: Demonstrate expertise in application secrets management, earning customer trust and confidence in CyberArk solutions.
- Presentation and Evangelism: Present and evangelize CyberArk solutions during tradeshows and customer events, showcasing the value and benefits of our technology.
- Advanced DevOps Knowledge: Possess advanced knowledge (3+ years) of DevOps related technology, including containerization, configuration management, CI/CD, and agile build methodologies.
- Strong Presentation Skills: Demonstrate strong presentation skills and a professional demeanor, able to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Container Orchestration: Have knowledge in container orchestration, such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Tanzu.
- SCM and CI/CD Tools: Be familiar with SCM tools, such as GitLab, and common CI/CD tools, such as Ansible and Jenkins.
- Security Concepts: Understand security concepts and the development of security roles within organizations, meeting functional, technical, and regulatory requirements.
- Adaptability and Risk Management: Possess the ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
- Enterprise Sales Experience: Have experience navigating enterprise-scale sales cycles, with a preference for development experience in Go, Python, and Ruby.
- Language Skills: Be fluent in English and German.
