Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our exceptional marketing and sales team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and pipeline by qualifying and nurturing inbound leads.

About the Role

  • Qualify and nurture inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other channels
  • Assist marketing with testing, execution, and reporting on lead quality
  • Successfully overcome prospective customer objections and answer initial questions
  • Collaborate closely with Sales team members to schedule customer meetings
  • Accurately record and update prospect information in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are documented

About You

  • Highly collaborative, proactive, curious self-starter
  • Excellent English skills (both written and spoken). Additional languages advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent phone and email etiquette
  • Avid learner and extremely organized
  • A clear communicator with effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build professional and trusting relationships with customers from all around the world
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot)
