Job Description:

Your Tasks – You Make the Difference:

  1. Appointment Coordination: You coordinate and prepare appointments for our sales advisors in advance.
  2. Market Research: You conduct in-depth research on relevant market participants and maintain the data in the prescribed systems.
  3. Data Provision: You provide customer data, evaluations, and research results.
  4. Customer Service: You handle customer inquiries and complaints over the phone and forward them accordingly.
  5. Offer Preparation: You create offer overviews using the prescribed systems.
  6. Contract Management: You create contracts and framework agreements according to specifications and ensure the completeness of the contract documents.
  7. Sales Support: You support sales advisors in sales campaigns and customer retention.
  8. Reporting: You create regular reports and evaluations from the current systems.
