About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Scientific Specialist to join our Life Science team at Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. in a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Kundenbetreuung: As the primary point of contact for customers in Central Europe, you will provide exceptional support and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problembehebung: You will analyze and resolve complex scientific and technical issues related to our Life Science products, providing expert guidance and solutions to customers.
  • Technischer Support: You will provide remote technical support and implement solutions for our Bio-Rad Life Science product portfolio, escalating complex cases to external teams as needed.
  • Dokumentation: You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities in our CRM system, adhering to our SOPs and guidelines.
  • Teamarbeit: You will collaborate closely with our technical service team, external sales teams, and application specialists to ensure seamless customer support.
Requirements
  • Ausbildung: A degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field, preferably with a Master's degree or Ph.D.
  • IT Kenntnisse: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems, as well as a strong understanding of laboratory software and technical aspects of Bio-Rad products.
  • Berufserfahrung: Proven experience in a scientific laboratory setting and a strong understanding of relevant biological concepts.
  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical support or sales environment.
  • Problemlösungsorientierung: A passion for resolving complex technical issues and a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Organisationstalent: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Reguliertes Umfeld: Experience working in a regulated environment is a plus.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
