Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Scientific Support Specialist to join our team at Bio-Rad Laboratories GmbH. As a key member of our Clinical Diagnostic team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical and scientific support to our customers in the field of Immunohematology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support to customers in Europe, particularly in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, and assist with technical and scientific inquiries.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues, develop and implement solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Offer remote support and implement remote solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Application, to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system, adhering to our SOPs and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a life science or related field, or equivalent experience in a diagnostic laboratory.
  • Proven experience in Immunohematology, with a strong understanding of laboratory medicine and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, with strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
