Position: Wir suchen eine/n engagierte/n Customer Scientific & Technical Support Specialist im Bereich Clinical Diagnostics mit Schwerpunkt auf Immunhämatologie (w/m/d).

Aufgaben:
• Sie sind der erste Ansprechpartner für Kundenanfragen und -beschwerden, insbesondere in Zentraleuropa sowie gelegentlich im restlichen Europa.
• Sie reagieren auf Anrufe, E-Mails und Anfragen zu technischen und wissenschaftlichen Themen.
• Sie identifizieren Probleme, entwickeln Lösungen und leiten Maßnahmen für die gesamte Produktpalette im Bereich Immunhämatologie ab.
• Sie bieten Remote-Unterstützung für Kunden und implementieren Lösungen aus der Ferne.
• Bei Bedarf leiten Sie Fälle an Außendienstmitarbeiter oder die Produktionsunterstützung weiter.
• Sie dokumentieren und verfolgen Ihre Aktivitäten in unserem CRM-System gemäß den internen Richtlinien.
• Sie arbeiten eng mit dem technischen Service-Team, dem Außendienst und der Verkaufs- und Applikationsabteilung zusammen.

Qualifikationen:
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als MT (bevorzugt mit Spezialisierung in Laboratoriumsmedizin) oder ein naturwissenschaftliches Studium, z.B. als Biologe (Bachelor oder Master).
• Idealerweise bringen Sie Berufserfahrung in einem diagnostischen Labor mit und haben fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Immunhämatologie.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit einem CRM-System.
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung ist von Vorteil.
• Vorzugsweise haben Sie bereits in einem regulierten Umfeld gearbeitet.
• Sie sind begeistert von anwendungstechnischen Herausforderungen und finden schnell effektive Lösungen.
• Sie sind ein kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Kollegen und arbeiten organisiert und teamorientiert.
