Offshore Service Operations Supervisor

Vestas, a leading wind turbine producer, is seeking an Offshore Service Operations Supervisor to join their team. This exciting role offers great opportunities for development in a dynamic environment.

Job Description

This is a key position in our Service team, requiring the ability to supervise and coordinate service operations on-site. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with Vestas' Health and Safety Management system and standards, organize vessel and O&M team transfers, participate in technical meetings with the back office, and plan annual service and maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Completed training as an electrician, mechanic, or mechatronics engineer (EFK appointment possible)
  • Comfortable working offshore and at heights, coping with the respective challenges
  • Experience as a Team Leader and in the area of medium or high voltage systems is an advantage
  • Good English and German skills, both spoken and written
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & SAP
  • Full Divers License
