Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in managing external outsourcing partnerships to lead our IT service delivery efforts. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement IT Sourcing Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive IT sourcing strategies that align with Evident Europe GmbH's goals and objectives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in operations.
- Manage Outsourcing Partnerships: Foster collaborative relationships with top-tier offshore IT providers, overseeing the transition and integration of outsourced operations while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Negotiate Contracts and Agreements: Lead negotiations with outsourcing partners to define scope, set performance metrics, establish timelines, and agree on financial terms, ensuring alignment with Evident Europe GmbH's interests.
- Risk Management and Governance: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and prepare contingency plans for critical outsourced functions, ensuring operational continuity and protecting the quality of work delivered.
- 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in managing external outsourcing partnerships, specifically top-tier offshore providers delivering global technology services.
- Vendor Management Expertise: Strong experience working with top-tier offshore IT providers, with a focus on vendor management.
- Cross-Cultural Communication Skills: Ability to successfully foster a collaborative work environment with internal teams and external service providers that transcends geographical and cultural barriers.
- Risk Management and Governance: Strong risk management and governance skills, with a focus on developing contingency plans to mitigate IT service disruptions.
- Strong Negotiation and Influencing Skills: Excellent negotiation, management, influencing, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultural and geographical contexts.
