Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Global IT Provider Manager to join our team in Hamburg, Germany. This pivotal role plays a crucial part in streamlining our IT operations, enhancing productivity, and driving business growth by partnering with external service providers to deliver world-class IT services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the transition and integration of outsourced operations, ensuring minimal disruption to our business processes and maintaining high quality standards. They will also develop and implement IT sourcing strategies that align with our goals and objectives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in operations.
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will manage relationships with IT sourcing partners, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and maintaining open lines of communication for feedback and continuous improvement. You will lead operational governance, monitoring and assessing the performance of outsourcing partners against agreed-upon metrics and KPIs, implementing corrective actions as necessary to address any deficiencies.
You will also measure, track, report, and evaluate performance to agreed SLAs and undertake necessary corrective actions with vendors if deficiency in service delivery is detected. Your attention to detail will ensure accuracy of billing against contracted services delivered, evaluating service level agreements, service credits, earn-backs, and other 'service to price' mechanisms.
To succeed in this role, you will need to coordinate with internal departments, such as legal, HR, and finance, to ensure that outsourcing arrangements comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. You will negotiate new contracts with outsourcing partners, including defining scope, setting performance metrics, establishing timelines, and agreeing on financial terms.
