The Role of Head of Creative and Strategy

In this role, you will be responsible for building up a team to deliver outstanding creative and design services, while also acting as the interface to our clients. You will have the opportunity to grow beyond the creative disciplines and bring brands to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and work together with the creative team on client projects, taking responsibility for conception, design, and production.
  • Develop and present ideas in convincing concept presentations, captivating exposés, and storyboards, and manage the visualization with effective images.
  • Think innovatively along the value chain when it comes to airports and their future, taking our customers and projects to the next level.
  • Travel to customers and serve as the point of contact for turning their visions into reality.
  • Ensure compliance with customer briefings on brand essence, CI, corporate language, and visual language.

Requirements

  • At least seven years of relevant professional experience in the agency sector, ideally with a focus on brand or marketing communication, or a comparable area.
  • Experience in managing a wide variety of projects and proficiency in project management.
  • Experience with vision projects and convincing long-term visions for creative projects in retail, at airports, or in a comparable environment.
  • A high aesthetic vision and dynamism, as well as an affinity for physical themes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take external and internal parties on board and maintain very high standards for the quality and accuracy of work.
  • Proficiency in German and English, with the ability to create expressive presentations.
