Chief Creative Strategist for Airport Innovations

We are seeking an experienced Chief Creative Strategist to join our team at GHARAGE Vision Hub. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to drive growth and success in the travel and retail industry.
Estimated Salary RangeThe estimated annual salary for this role is €80,000 - €110,000, commensurate with experience.
About the RoleIn this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to shape the future of travel and retail by leveraging your expertise in brand development, marketing communications, and project management. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
- You will manage and collaborate with our creative team to develop client projects, taking ownership of conception, design, and production.
- You will conceptualize and present innovative ideas through compelling concept presentations, captivating exposés, and storyboards, ensuring effective visualizations.
- You will think innovatively along the value chain, pushing airports and their futures forward, while catering to our customers' and projects' requirements.
- You will travel to clients, serving as their point of contact to bring their visions to life.
- You will ensure adherence to schedules and coordinate resources to fulfill short- and long-term demands.
- You will guarantee compliance with customer briefings on brand essence, CI, corporate language, and visual language.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of seven years of relevant professional experience in the agency sector, preferably with a focus on brand or marketing communication, or a comparable area.
- Experience managing a wide range of projects and proficiency in project management.
- Ability to drive innovation by staying up-to-date with industry trends, latest technologies, and design methods.
- Knowledge of vision projects and ability to propose long-term visions for creative projects in retail, airports, or similar environments.
- An affinity for physical themes and the capacity to bring a high aesthetic vision and dynamism to your work.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage external and internal stakeholders effectively, and maintain high standards for quality and accuracy in your work.
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to create engaging presentations.
- Possession of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) knowledge is a plus.
