About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Rail Market Development Manager to join our team at Enerpac Tool Group. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth in the rail market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to drive growth in the rail market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the rail industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the rail market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement global, regional, and local strategies to drive business growth.
  • Prepare and manage professional quotations, and ensure successful conversion of opportunities into orders.
  • Liaise with Center of Excellence, Application Engineering, and Application Specialist to provide solutions and applications using standard and/or custom-designed products.
  • Ensure promotion of products and services through technical presentations, demonstrations, and trainings.
  • Travel within the region and elsewhere as required.
  • Report regularly on opportunities, current quotation status, and expected orders, and use this information for a proper forecast.
  • Lead and coordinate marketing activities such as VOC, exhibitions, market mapping, etc.
  • Report to the Commercial Management on relevant commercial activities within the territory, complaints, trends, competitive actions, and any recommendations to improve sales results and productivity.
  • Ensure all HSEQ rules and regulations are communicated and enforced throughout the Organization. Proactively participate in safety awareness and improvement.
  • Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times, both internally and externally. Follow the published processes and comply with all company policies and procedures. Be an ambassador for the business, ensuring that Health & Safety comes first at all times.
