About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Aquaristik Sales Specialist at ZooRoyal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support in the area of aquaristik.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on aquaristik products and services.
  • Ensure that all aquaria in the store are clean and well-maintained.
  • Restock shelves, manage inventory, and maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support with cash handling and ensure accurate scanning and processing of transactions.
Requirements
  • A relevant qualification in a related field, such as animal care or sales, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • A passion for working with animals and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of aquaristik products and services is a plus, but not essential.
