Job Summary

VSE Aviation Germany GmbH is a global aviation distribution company seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic and intercultural team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our aviation logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve customer and vendor issues through the Return Material (RMA) process
  • Develop solutions and prepare reports to propose recommendations to management
  • Collaborate with internal customers (Sales, Quality, Purchasing department) to resolve issues and achieve consensus
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations in the aviation industry

Requirements

  • Professional experience in warehousing and logistics
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
  • Fluency in English and German
