Als Team Lead Strategic People übernimmst du die strategische Beratung unserer Führungskräfte. Du bist für die Gesamtverantwortung deines Betreuungsbereichs inklusive aller People & Culture Themen verantwortlich. Du gestaltest aktiv Veränderungsinitiativen mit und initiierst und leitest eigenständig Projekte.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Strategische Beratung der Senioren Führungskräfte deines Betreuungsbereiches bis zum C-Level in allen personalrelevanten /-kritischen Themen und Fragestellungen als Sparringspartner auf Augenhöhe
  • Leitung eines kleinen Teams und disziplinarische Führung von zwei People & Business Partnern
  • Initiierung, Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Veränderungsinitiativen und aktive Beteiligung an der Organisationsentwicklung deines Betreuungsbereiches
  • Mitgestaltung der Vision, strategischen Ausrichtung und der kurz- und langfristigen Ziele des P&BP Teams
  • Gesamtverantwortung für alle P&C Themen in den Betreuungsbereichen und Übersetzung der strategischen Ziele des Betreuungsbereichs in maßgeschneiderte P&C-Initiativen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Zusammenarbeit mit den P&C Centers of Excellence als erste Schnittstelle zum Business
  • Strategische Planung und Leitung komplexer P&C-Initiativen und Projekte inklusive Konzeption, Umsetzung und Monitoring mit Priorisierung nach Business Impact
  • Proaktive Analyse und Interpretation relevanter P&C-Kennzahlen inklusive Ableitung entsprechender Prognosen, Trends und Maßnahmen
Voraussetzungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Psychologie, BWL oder vergleichbare Studiengänge
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der generalistischen Personalarbeit, als Business Partner, HR-Manager, Personalreferent o.ä.
  • Erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert und einschlägige Erfahrungen im Bereich Führungskräftebetreuung und Projektmanagement, insbesondere Change Management
  • Stark ausgeprägte Ownership, unternehmerisches, holistisches Denken und ein Selbstverständnis von P&C als Business Enabler und strategischer Partner auf Augenhöhe
  • Bereitschaft zum überdurchschnittlichen Engagement in einem dynamischen, anspruchsvollen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Empathie und Beratungskompetenz, verbunden mit hoher Integrität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein, sowie einer lösungsorientierten und pragmatischen Arbeitsweise
  • Anpassungsfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Resilienz, um sich souverän an die Bedürfnisse des Business anzupassen und in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld mit Ambiguität umzugehen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
