About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT People Developer to join our team in Munich, Germany. As a key member of our Technology Department, you will be responsible for leading and developing our IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, and driving business growth through strategic talent development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop multiple IT teams, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement talent development strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of our IT professionals, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Collaborate with our HR team to attract and retain top talent, ensuring our teams are diverse, inclusive, and representative of our company values.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to IT team members, helping them to achieve their career goals and develop their leadership skills.
  • Work closely with our technical supervisors to promote motivated and self-organized agile teams, driving business outcomes through effective talent development and leadership.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including our Head of People & Culture - IT, to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT leadership and talent development, with a strong track record of success in driving business growth through people development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with IT professionals, stakeholders, and business leaders.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and technical concepts, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Fluency in German and excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
