Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic cross-functional projects within the People & Culture team
  • Design and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Conduct data-driven analyses and create proposals for informed decision-making
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across departments, seniority levels, and countries
  • Lead the development and implementation of initiatives to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with the People Leadership Team and our Chief People Officer
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of professional experience with a proven track record from a consulting firm or a strategy/corporate business development department
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proven project management success with the ability to prioritize and process multiple tasks, as well as drive initiatives from conception to implementation
  • Passion for the field of people/HR with a desire to innovate and challenge the status quo
  • Team-oriented and collaborative approach to work, with a passion for making an impact
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
