About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team at OPTIPER GmbH. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for various accounting tasks, including financial statement preparation, consolidation, and international financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with German GAAP (HGB) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • Assist in the consolidation of subsidiary companies using SAP ERP 6.0
  • Manage international financial reporting, including transfer pricing and intercompany reconciliations
  • Process incoming invoices and prepare payments using SAP
  • Perform bank accounting and accounts receivable tasks
Requirements
  • Completed training as a Certified Accountant or a degree in Finance
  • Experience in financial standards (HGB and IFRS)
  • Knowledge of consolidation and SAP ERP 6.0 (FI + MM/ CO/ SD modules)
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Strong organizational skills and proactive attitude
