Accounts Payable Specialist (m/f/d)

Our esteemed client is in search of a dependable Accounts Payable Specialist (m/f/d) for a full-time position, with the potential for direct permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Autonomous verification, categorization, and entry of incoming invoices
  • Addressing disputes and processing credit notes to ensure efficient operations
  • Overseeing payment transactions, including the creation of payment proposals and adherence to deadlines
  • Monitoring and recording bank statements, reconciling accounts, and maintaining creditor master data
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, as well as supporting audits and internal reviews

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training in commerce, such as Financial Accountant, Certified Accountant, Industrial Clerk, Tax Clerk, or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in accounts payable
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
  • Excellent command of the German language, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is advantageous
  • Methodical, meticulous, and self-sufficient work style
  • Strong team player with effective communication skills and a high degree of reliability
