The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in scaling our Field Sales operations across Europe. You will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts, building employer branding initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. This role will evolve over time, offering opportunities to take on diverse responsibilities and roles within SumUp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard on the Field Sales project and take ownership of hiring initiatives in Germany, the UK, France, Italy, and other European countries.
- Execute on the E2E recruitment for a portfolio of positions. Set and actively use SLAs to monitor and quickly act on any hiring obstacles. Ensure process and candidate experience excellence targets are achieved to meet hiring needs for Field Sales agents.
- Support employer branding, performance marketing, and content creation for target markets.
- Establish efficient hiring processes from application to onboarding.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, engage with hiring managers on best practices to ensure hiring excellence and to prioritize hiring needs.
- Set aspirational targets which continuously improve on past hiring outcomes. Use data points to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates for high-volume positions, together with experience in sourcing candidates and managing talent pipelines (Sales hiring experience is a plus).
- User-centric mindset - willing to go the extra mile to achieve a best-in-class hiring experience/delivery for candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and complex projects.
- Fluency in English and another European language (German, French, or Italian).
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Affinity for data and understanding of recruiting metrics and analytics.
