Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Estimator to join our team at HOCHTIEF. As a key member of our infrastructure project team, you will be responsible for recognizing and assessing opportunities and risks, as well as independently calculating projects of various sizes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and evaluate subcontractor inquiries and tenders
- Conduct cost estimates and quantity surveys for large infrastructure projects
- Examine and analyze tender documents, prepare work, quantity take-off, and cost estimates
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery
Requirements:
- Completed degree in Civil Engineering or Geology; State-certified technician or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in estimating large infrastructure projects (civil engineering, tunnel construction, special foundation engineering)
- Proficiency in RIB iTWO and MS Office
- Independent, structured, and responsible work ethic, initiative, and team spirit
