E-Commerce Strategy Advisor Job Description

As an E-Commerce Strategy Advisor, you will collaborate with a varied range of sellers, offering strategic insights and assistance to help them reach their objectives on the Amazon Marketplace.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing multiple seller accounts, performing business evaluations, providing customized recommendations, facilitating implementation, fostering strong partnerships, mentoring sellers, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seller account oversight: Formulate individual strategies, manage schedules, and serve as the primary contact for sellers.
  • Business evaluations: Deliver informed suggestions and actionable insights through data assessment.
  • Advisory services: Leverage Amazon expertise to direct sellers towards opportunities and evaluate potential impacts.
  • Implementation assistance: Support sellers in executing strategic initiatives and overcoming obstacles.
  • Relationship development: Build trust and achieve results with each seller in your portfolio.
  • Seller mentorship: Keep sellers updated on Amazon's solutions and selling developments.
  • Performance Reviews: Compile comprehensive performance assessments and engage in strategic discussions with sellers.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Assume responsibility for specific topics to assist colleagues and enhance processes/tools.
Basic Qualifications:

  • Proficient in German and English.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in fields such as sales, business development, digital retail/E-Commerce, marketing, or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge in strategy formulation and customer engagement at a leadership level.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt in a dynamic environment, and present effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Enthusiasm for improving customer experiences and translating needs into business requirements.
