Als E-Commerce Strategy Advisor bei Amazon TA bist Du Teil eines dynamischen Teams, das sich darauf konzentriert, das Wachstum und die Zufriedenheit unserer Verkaufspartner zu fördern. Du wirst eine Schlüsselrolle dabei spielen, die Potenziale unserer Partner im Amazon Marketplace zu maximieren.

Deine Hauptaufgaben
  • Verwaltung von Verkaufspartnern: Du betreust ein vielfältiges Portfolio von Verkaufspartnern und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Strategien, um deren Ziele zu erreichen.
  • Durchführung von Marktanalysen: Du analysierst Geschäftsdaten und gibst fundierte Empfehlungen, um die Leistung Deiner Partner zu optimieren.
  • Strategische Beratung: Du nutzt Dein umfassendes Wissen über den Amazon Marketplace, um Verkaufspartner über Chancen zu informieren und deren Auswirkungen auf das Geschäft zu bewerten.
  • Umsetzungsunterstützung: Du bist ein kompetenter Ansprechpartner, der Verkaufspartner bei der Umsetzung strategischer Pläne unterstützt und Herausforderungen gemeinsam bewältigt.
  • Beziehungsaufbau: Du baust vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Deinen Partnern auf und lieferst Ergebnisse, die ihre Zufriedenheit steigern.
  • Coaching: Du informierst Deine Partner über die neuesten Entwicklungen und Lösungen von Amazon, um deren Wissen zu erweitern.
  • Business Reviews: Du bereitest detaillierte Leistungsanalysen vor und präsentierst diese, um den Austausch über Fortschritte und strategische Planungen zu fördern.
  • Fachliche Expertise: Du übernimmst Verantwortung für spezifische Themen innerhalb der Serviceorganisation und entwickelst Prozesse und Tools, die sowohl internen als auch externen Stakeholdern zugutekommen.
Was Du mitbringst
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Erfahrung in der Beratung, im Key Account Management oder im digitalen Handel.
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Datensätzen.
  • Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld mehrere Prioritäten zu managen.
  • Leidenschaft für die Schaffung eines herausragenden Kundenerlebnisses.
