About the Team:

Our mission is to foster sustainable growth, enhance Seller Experience (SX) and Customer Experience (CX), and promote innovation through customized strategies and problem-solving assistance for sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of key sellers
  • Perform business evaluations and deliver actionable insights
  • Provide strategic guidance aligned with seller objectives
  • Assist sellers in executing strategic initiatives
  • Establish robust relationships with sellers and stakeholders
  • Educate sellers on Amazon's solutions and updates
  • Compile comprehensive performance evaluations and conduct business reviews
  • Develop specialized knowledge to support both internal and external stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proficient in German and English
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience in Key Account Management, Digital Retail/E-Commerce, Business Development, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management
  • Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
