Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic E-Commerce Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head of E-Commerce, this role encompasses overseeing the website and driving sales for subscriptions and limited edition products across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of the website and ensure sales targets for subscriptions and limited editions are achieved.
  • Analyze daily e-commerce performance metrics to identify sales opportunities and respond effectively.
  • Ensure accuracy of offers, site banners, and pricing.
  • Collaborate with the campaigns team to create engaging product pages that deliver relevant information and drive conversions.
  • Implement GLOSSYBOX monthly brand campaigns across all online marketing channels.
  • Work closely with technology and operations teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Coordinate with the paid media team to meet sales and brand awareness objectives, ensuring timely creation and optimization of PPC and Paid Social ads.
  • Manage the eCRM strategy, planning and executing a robust email marketing calendar for both subscribers and non-subscribers.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and internal data platforms to identify areas for improvement and new business opportunities.
  • Enhance business value through occasional limited edition offerings.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships, Social, and Campaigns teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Monitor competitor activities and analyze market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the e-commerce sector.
  • A genuine passion for the beauty industry.
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HTML is advantageous.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office.
  • Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations.
  • Awareness of industry trends and cultural dynamics.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to tackle tasks of all sizes in a fast-paced environment.
