About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Founders Associate to join our portfolio company. As a Founders Associate, you will play a key role in helping to bring the company's vision to life and drive growth operations forward.

In this role, you will focus on supporting operations strategies and contributing to various exciting project initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and leadership team to provide critical support and guidance.

You will also gain unique training and insights into a dynamic startup company and its various departments, including sales, product, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to provide strategic support and guidance
  • Gain exclusive training and insights into a dynamic startup company and its various departments
  • Support critical strategic projects to shape the company's overall strategies for internationalization, market expansion, and strategic partnerships
  • Work closely with various interdisciplinary stakeholders and support the preparation of presentation materials
  • Conduct due diligence, competitor, and market analysis
Your Profile
  • First-hand work experience through internships in a fast-paced environment, such as a technology company, B2B, startup, or consulting firm
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience with multi-stakeholder projects
  • Passionate about working in a startup environment and learning more about InsurTech, cyber insurance, and cybersecurity
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as a strategic and analytical mindset
  • Reliable, accurate, and self-motivated work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in communicating with various interest groups in German. English is a plus

Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlin office and require the ability to work within the EU.
